  • Items are returned with original packaging and all included components

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

REFUNDS

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange for lower-value items: price difference will be refunded

Exchanged items will be shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise requested.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted or promotional campaign items
  • Bundled sets or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other local charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations
  • These charges are collected by local customs authorities and are non-refundable by RESONGHOME
  • Customers are responsible for any customs-related claims or inquiries in their local jurisdiction

 

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

All returned items must:

  • Be securely packaged using original packaging where possible
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and components

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Original packaging is missing or significantly damaged
  • The item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection

Rejected returns may be returned to the customer at their cost.

If the customer declines return shipment, the product may be disposed of responsibly after a holding period.
